Formulated for metal fabricators and jobbers that require a very quick dry and wish to not apply a primer coat. This coating has very quick dry times combined with good exterior durability. Designed to give good adhesion to a variety of substrates including, hot or cold rolled steel plus a variety of plastics. Formulated with a Chromium free rust inhibitor for direct to metal applications.
When recoating this product be aware there is a lift stage. Recoat within 2 hours or after 20 hours. These time frames can change depending on film thickness and temperature. Suggest doing a test patch prior to recoating. This coating is formulated with a high performance rust inhibitor. To achieve the longest life, a primer and a top-coat will always perform better than a top coat alone.

| Surface Preparation | Metal should be free of oil, grease and foreign contaminants. Rusted areas should be wire brushed or commercially sandblasted. When painting over sandblasted metal, be sure to achieve 1 to 1.5 mils dry film thickness over the blast profile. In this situation a primer would be preferable. |
