Comments

For airless spray equipment use a maximum 17/1000 tip with 2000 lbs pressure at the tip for good atomization. Formulated for good film build. Tape time is approximately 5–6 hours. Pot life is limited — try to use pain in 3–4 hours for best appearance and performance. Mix ration is 3:1 (3 parts White to 1 part Catalyst).

Surface Preparation Metal should be clean and free from oil, grease, and foreign contaminants. Rust areas should be wire brushed or sand blasted and then primed with an appropriate primer.
Recommended Primer 7910 White Epoxy Primer, 7920 Red Epoxy Primer, MS Aluminum Urethane Primer, MIL-P-15328 Wash Primer and 39601 Epoxy Primer.
Thinning & Clean-Up Use 3241 Urethane Thinner or Urethane Grade Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK).
