Heavy-duty, protective coating used for high-wear floors, metal structures, and equipment metal products where durability, resistance to chemicals, fumes, and abrasion resistance is required.
Hard and tough. Excellent adhesion. Gives “baked on” properties with room temperature cure. Urethanes are also noted for that wet look when cured.
Protect skin against splashes, etc. Wet paint may be removed with urethane thinner. Tape time “about” 6 hours. Pot life is limited, try to use within 2 hours after mixing for best appearance properties. Mix 3 parts pain with 1 part 89904 Catalyst. This coating should have 5 – 6 hours cure time at 70º F before being exposed to heavy fog or rain.
